The system is currently experiencing technical difficulties.

The problem is being worked on.

As of this morning, I have been provided a set of instructions by the server software company; I am in the middle of going through the steps. If all goes well, maybe by 9am CST system be back up.

As of 9am CST, the data is still being loaded. It has been loading for quite some time but once it is finished, then we should be back online.

As of 9:30am, unfortunately the loading of the data timed out; this can be common in these situations due to such volume of data being loaded. Just means that some settings have to be changed and load the data again. Sorry for the delay, but we will be online once the data is fully loaded.
